This year, with Leju Hong Kong as the main entity, we have responded to the national call to "go global" by expanding steel-related international business. We are actively participating in trade communication with countries along the "Belt and Road" initiative, promoting the development and construction of these regions with China's excellent products.
Currently, we have established trade partnerships in East Asia, Southeast Asia, South Asia, Africa, and South America, with the first batches of goods successfully delivered and in use in some markets.

State-Owned Enterprise Mixed-Ownership Reform: Leju Lianda

　　Guangdong Leju Lianda Supply Chain Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Leju Lianda") has a registered capital of 200 million yuan. It is a mixed-ownership reform company jointly established by Nanhai Lianda Investment (Holdings) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Lianda Holdings") and Leju Commercial Group, making it a pioneer in the mixed-ownership reform of state-owned enterprises in Nanhai, Foshan.

　　Leju Lianda, backed by the strong asset base of a state-owned enterprise and the expertise and dynamism of Leju Commercial Group, focuses on the trade of black bulk commodities both domestically and internationally. The company actively engages in the supply chain services for steel raw materials, finished products, and engineering distribution.

　　The successful implementation of the mixed-ownership reform between Lianda Holdings and Leju Commercial Group is expected to further stimulate private enterprise vitality, deepen the development of the bulk commodities industry chain, and continuously serve the manufacturing sector in the Greater Bay Area. Leju Lianda will provide high-quality services in processing, distribution, and financing, while deeply participating in key projects across the Bay Area to contribute to the region's construction and development.

Integration of Futures and Spot Markets: Strengthening Terminal Development

　　The Group has innovatively adopted a model where futures services support spot markets, and spot markets serve end customers. By leveraging financial instruments and deep insights into the spot market, we have developed a dynamic inventory management system that combines hedging, basis trading, and option trading. This system provides strong support for business decision-making and significantly contributes to the company's growth.

　　Our integration team is highly professional, with department heads who have experience in large steel mills and have served well-known state-owned enterprises. The team members bring extensive experience and industry insight, having previously worked at professional investment institutions like GF Securities.

Industry-Academia-Research Collaboration: Leju-Liugang Joint R&D Center

　　Leju Commercial Group, focusing on its long-term development strategy, has partnered with Liugang Group to establish a joint R&D center. Guided by market demands, Leju Commercial Group continues to invest heavily in research and development to create a deeply integrated system of innovation that combines research, production, sales, and application.

　　The Joint R&D Center leverages the platform and customer resources of Leju Commercial Group along with the steel production and research strengths of Liugang Group. By focusing on key development areas and directions within the steel industry chain, the center aims to tackle technical bottlenecks, driving the optimization and upgrading of the steel industry chain and its products.

Real Estate Development: Zhongbo Zhaoye

Foshan Zhongbo Zhaoye Investment Co., Ltd. was established in 2010. Currently, Zhongbo Zhaoye has developed several projects, including Zhongbo Chengguo (Shunde), Zhongbo Longwan (Yingde), and Zhongbo Guanhu (Yingde), with a total development area exceeding 1 million square meters. Zhongbo Longwan is a landmark residential and commercial project in Yingde, ranking among the top in the local real estate industry in terms of scale and comprehensive strength. Zhongbo Zhaoye holds a significant land reserve of over 300 acres of commercial and residential land in Qingyuan Yingde and Foshan Shunde. Upon completion, the total construction area for residential, commercial, and office spaces will exceed 500,000 square meters, making it one of the key supporting forces behind Leju Commercial Group.

Property Leasing: Guangfo Auto City and other properties

The "Guangfo Auto City" project was established in June 2012 by Foshan Nanhai Guangfo Zhao Auto Market Investment Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Leju Commercial Group. The project covers a total planned area of 550 acres and boasts an exceptional location in the emerging commercial district of Lishui Town, Nanhai District, within the Guangfo metropolitan area. Strategically situated near the Lishui exit of the Foshan First Ring Road East Line, it offers convenient access to several major highways, including the Guangfo Expressway, Western Second Ring Road, and Airport Expressway, effectively connecting Guangzhou, Foshan, and the broader Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.

Guangfo Auto City is home to various service institutions such as vehicle inspection stations, vehicle management offices, and insurance companies. The facility features a large parking area and a specialized, high-end 4S dealership zone for major automotive brands, offering a comprehensive range of services including car purchase, bank financing, insurance, registration, licensing, and transfer procedures. It also includes a used car trading area, a used car appraisal and invoicing point, a new car registration point, a traffic violation processing hall operated by the Foshan Traffic Police, as well as areas dedicated to automotive accessories, beauty services, modification parts, and sports and leisure activities. Additionally, it offers car rental services and an automobile membership club.

Import and export trade and ports: Nanhai food export, Nanhai textile export

Guangdong Nanhai Food Import and Export Co., Ltd., commonly known as Nanhai Shichu, was established in 1962. The company specializes in import and export trade, as well as property management and leasing. It owns over 100 high-quality properties spread across various towns and districts in Foshan, providing stable rental income and significant appreciation potential. Nanhai Shichu is a leading enterprise in Nanhai's import and export sector.

Nanhai Shichu owns two national second-class ports: Jiuzhou Sinotrans Terminal and Beicun Terminal. In 2006, Nanhai Shichu partnered with Sinotrans South China Division to upgrade and modernize the Jiuzhou Sinotrans Terminal, which now has an annual handling capacity of 400,000 TEUs, making Nanhai Shichu the second-largest shareholder. The Beicun Terminal was fully converted into a container terminal in 2005 through a partnership with Pearl River Shipping Co., Ltd., and has a handling capacity of 50,000 TEUs.

Jiuzhou Sinotrans Terminal and Beicun Terminal, under Nanhai Shichu, are among the few import and export ports in the province, with land and fixed assets belonging to Nanhai Shichu. In 2017, Leju Commercial Group became the majority shareholder of Nanhai Shichu, bringing substantial resources and advanced concepts to the company. This partnership provided fertile ground for further development of the Jiuzhou Sinotrans Terminal and Beicun Terminal. The two ports will also support the parent company's steel trade by providing essential logistics services, continuing to grow stronger under the leadership of Leju Commercial Group, and creating new opportunities for success.
