Currently, Zhongbo Zhaoye has developed several projects, including Zhongbo Chengguo (Shunde), Zhongbo Longwan (Yingde), and Zhongbo Guanhu (Yingde), with a total development area exceeding 1 million square meters. Zhongbo Longwan is a landmark residential and commercial project in Yingde, ranking among the top in the local real estate industry in terms of scale and comprehensive strength. Strategically situated near the Lishui exit of the Foshan First Ring Road East Line, it offers convenient access to several major highways, including the Guangfo Expressway, Western Second Ring Road, and Airport Expressway, effectively connecting Guangzhou, Foshan, and the broader Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.

Guangdong Nanhai Food Import and Export Co., Ltd., commonly known as Nanhai Shichu, was established in 1962. The company specializes in import and export trade, as well as property management and leasing. It owns over 100 high-quality properties spread across various towns and districts in Foshan, providing stable rental income and significant appreciation potential. Nanhai Shichu is a leading enterprise in Nanhai's import and export sector.
 

Nanhai Shichu owns two national second-class ports: Jiuzhou Sinotrans Terminal and Beicun Terminal. In 2006, Nanhai Shichu partnered with Sinotrans South China Division to upgrade and modernize the Jiuzhou Sinotrans Terminal, which now has an annual handling capacity of 400,000 TEUs, making Nanhai Shichu the second-largest shareholder. The Beicun Terminal was fully converted into a container terminal in 2005 through a partnership with Pearl River Shipping Co., Ltd., and has a handling capacity of 50,000 TEUs.

 


Jiuzhou Sinotrans Terminal and Beicun Terminal, under Nanhai Shichu, are among the few import and export ports in the province, with land and fixed assets belonging to Nanhai Shichu. In 2017, Leju Commercial Group became the majority shareholder of Nanhai Shichu, bringing substantial resources and advanced concepts to the company. This partnership provided fertile ground for further development of the Jiuzhou Sinotrans Terminal and Beicun Terminal.
